Night Care

I have experience with singletons, twins and special needs babies and toddlers. Typically, I work a 12 hour shift from 6:30pm to 6:30am however I am able to customise requests to your needs. Night care allows parents a little relief from broken sleep or simply a lending hand for overwhelmed mothers. I prefer to be based in the bedroom with the baby or toddler so that I am readily available all night to attend to their needs.

I am able to provide support to babies and toddlers for mothers suffering from post partum depression and anxiety.

Sleep Training

With my many years of experience and my sleep training certificate, I am able to sleep train babies and toddlers. Getting them into a good sleep routine from the earliest possible age is very important, not only for them, but it provides much needed hours of sleep for busy parents. I believe that sleep training should be conducted in a gentle and understanding manner and therefore the sleep training I provide typically takes a few weeks to achieve. I use a consistent and very gentle approach with the little ones and provide guidance to parents for the nights I am not on duty to provide as much routine as possible. I believe that sleep training should never be harsh, but always loving, caring and understanding to the needs of the baby or toddler in order for them to feel secure and to ensure progress.
